You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Saucy Piaffe Inc. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Sites and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

The Site may contain links to other Web sites that are not under the control of Saucy Piaffe Inc. We have no responsibility for the linked Web sites nor does linking necessarily constitute an endorsement of any linked Web site. Links are provided solely for the convenience and information of the Sites' users.

Note that we are not responsible for damage to your item which may result from the shipping process. Saucy Piaffe Inc. does our best to package our product in the appropriate protective wrapping in order to prevent damages.

Saucy Piaffe Inc. has a three proof policy. We will send you a preliminary proof incorporating your initial ideas, and two more concepts thereafter (if requested). If you are unable to reach a decision by the third proof, we reserve the right to refuse a fourth. Prices on this site are quoted in C$.

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

All of our signage is hand made in Ontario, Canada. We use solid pine plaques which are each unique from one another and may contain imperfections which are characteristic of the wood grain or the wood itself.

Saucy Piaffe Inc. advises clients not to use any chemical cleaners on the face of the signs. Please use a damp cloth. We are not responsible for damage to the signs due to negligence or normal wear.
